Further Results on a Generalized van der Waals Model

چکیده

Abstract A generalized van der waals model is considered to study the thermodynamic properties of pure fluids. Analytical solution equivalent cubic equation state presented and critical in general form are derived. The fluctuations number particles calculated grand canonical ensemble by using three quantities (scaled variance $$\omega (N)$$ ω ( N ) , skewness $$S\sigma, $$ S σ , kurtosis $$k\sigma ^2$$ k 2 ). behavior these investigated terms dimensionless particle density temperature for different models. It found that have a singular close point.
